Grandma Pat's Granola

Hand's Down, best granola I've ever tasted!

2 cups oats
1 cup sliced almonds
1/4 cup sesame seeds
1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
1/2 cup coconut
1/4 cup wheat germ
1 cup pecans
drizzle of cooking oil (I used olive)
1/2 cup honey

Stir all ingredients well, spread in a thin layer on cookie sheet. Bake at 300 degrees for 10-15 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes or so. Cool.

Add any dried fruit you like (I used apricots, b/c I had some). Try dried cherries, blueberries, raisins, whatever you like!

Keep in fridge.

  1. Love this one and make it all the time! My favorite is with dried blueberries and cherries. Yum!!
